When clicking on Endeca Experience manager’s rules , a pop up appears which says
Unable to reach the server
Solution – This is typically caused by authoring dgraph not being accessible.
Check if the authoring dgraph is up. If not , start the authoring dgraph.
If this does not fix the problem, check ifcr.log for additional details
